We are a Vacation Rental Property (Entire house-private entrance) and we do not have front desk office on-site. We have a self-check-in procedure and the information about it will be sent to you one day prior to the arrival day.

Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm. For special arrangements regarding your check-in, please contact us via phone or e-mail. The minimum check-in age is 21.

A damage deposit of CAD 100.00 will be pre-authorized on a credit card you provide and will be returned upon check-out.

As a vacation rental property, we do not offer traditional hotel daily housekeeping services during your stay. Each unit is fully stocked with ample supplies prior to your arrival. Exchange for fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. during your stay are available by request. Our housekeeping manager is on-site from 9 am to 5 pm daily.

A free parking pass will be given upon check-in. Please note that there is only one parking spot available per unit. Additional parking passes may be bought for CAD 20.00 (+ tax) per night and are subject to availability. Registered guests are responsible for informing other members of their party of this policy.

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Our Chalets are pet friendly. Pet fee of $25 per pet, per night, applies for each room. 2 pets maximum allowed. Failure to pre-register or identify to management that your pet will be in the unit with you during your stay will result in $250 fine per pet.

Extra-person charges apply. Children are welcome and up to two children stay for free when using existing bedding. Cribs or infant beds are not available. Roll-away and extra beds are also not available.

The hot tub is closed permanently as of January 2017.

Cancellation of a booking is free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in (4:00 pm on the arrival date). Cancellations within 72 hours of the check-in will be charged the first night's room rate (+ tax).
