appliances - fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
As well as a dining area, that includes a table and chairs
to accommodate your group/family, making it ideal for

is great as an additional sleeping area for 1 adult or
2 children. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen
with utensils, dishes, a coffee maker and four appliances
- fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. As well as
a dining area, that includes a table and chairs to accommodate
your group/family, making it ideal for staying in and
cooking your meals. This unit includes a half-bath on
the main floor and a full bath upstairs accommodating
the bedrooms. The Railroad Retreat is located on the railroad
side of the property, so if you are a light sleeper or
bothered by some noise we suggest staying in our other
3 bedroom unit, the Cougar Chalet. Please phone if you

The Cougar Chalet is an excellent choice
for larger groups and families. This unit offers north
facing mountain views and includes 3 private bedrooms.
The first is a master suite with a king size bed and includes
an en suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms each
have double beds. In addition to the en suite bath, this
unit has a full bath on the upper level with the bedrooms
and a half bath on the main floor. There is a spacious
living room on the main floor with TV/DVD, a private patio
and a futon that is great as an additional sleeping area
for 1 adult or 2 children. The unit includes a fully equipped
kitchen with utensils, dishes, a coffee maker and four
appliances - fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

Rate Information
- Two bedroom rates based
on 4 adult occupancy (max occupancy 6).
- Three bedroom rates based
on 6 adult occupancy (max occupancy 8).
- $20.00 per night/per additional adult over the
base occupancy.
- Children 17 and under are
at no extra charge when sharing with adult(s)
but count towards the maximum occupancy.
- Room price does not include
daily housekeeping service.
- Rates quoted in Canadian
funds and subject to 5 % GST and 4% Tourism
Levy.
- Rates are subject to availability
and to change without notice.
- Minimum 3 night stays apply February 17-21, April 5-9, May 18-21, June 29-July 2, August 3-6, August 31-September 3 and October 5-8.
- Minimum 4 night stay applies Dec 20, 2011 - January 2, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellation charges will apply on regular reservations of one night plus taxes, holiday and long weekend cancellations are subject to a three nights plus taxes fee. Christmas/New Year's (Dec.20th-Jan.2)reservations require full payment via credit card by December 1/2012 and cancellations made after December 1/2012 will be charged four nights, room and tax.
