Two bedroom rates based on a 4 person occupancy of the Chalet; three bedroom rates based on a 6 person occupancy of the Chalet.
Room price does not include daily maid service.  Maid service if required is at a $20 extra charge per clean.
$15 per night, per additional adult.  Children 17 and under stay free.  Rates quoted Net in Canadian
funds are subject to 5% GST and 4% Tourism Levy.

Minimum 3 night stays apply Feb 16-19, Mar 21-24, May 16-19, June 27-July 2, Aug 1-4, Aug 29-Sept 1, Oct 10-13.
Minimum 4 night stays apply Dec 21/08-Jan 1/09.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival and no shows will be charged for one night room & taxes.
Long weekends and holidays cancellations will be charged for the full three nights room & taxes.
Cancellations received after December 1/08 for arrivals December 21/08-January 1, 2009 will be charged the entire booking.


Bear Den Suite– 2 Bedroom

This cozy two-bedroom suite features a spacious living room with cable TV and DVD, also a futon that pulls out into a double bed. This could be used as an alternative sleeping area! The kitchen is located just off the living room and is equipped with 4 appliances, which includes a microwave, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher and also includes a dining area with table and chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bear den also has a private patio.

Railroad Retreat Suite– 3 bedroom

Perfect for families, this unit offers panoramic mountain views with three private bedrooms- master/loft bedroom with king size bed, second and third bedroom with double beds. The living room is complimented with a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, private patio, and a futon that may be used as an additional sleeping area. The rooms also come with 1.5 baths and kitchen that offers 4 appliances - range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining area perfect for cooking!



Cougar Chalet Suite – 3 bedroom
Approximately 1130 Square Ft. (Occupancy 8)
Non – Smoking, Pets are allowed with extra Charge.


Perfect for families, this unit offers panoramic mountain views with three private bedrooms- master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king bed, and second and third bedroom with double beds. Spacious living room with TV/DVD, private patio and futon that pulls out into a double size bed. Also 2.5 baths and a full kitchen with 4 appliances- fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher, and dining area ideal for cooking.



HOUSEKEEPING PROTOCOL

In our quest to give you as much privacy as possible, it is our policy not to provide daily maid service. Should you desire, a full cleaning is available to you for $50.00 or a light cleaning for $20.00. Let us know in the office the night before you require this service and we would be happy to arrange it for you. 

To prevent carpet stains and floor damage we ask that you remove your shoes and leave them at the entryway. 
We do not allow skis in the units. For your convenience there is a ski rack located on the west side of the building.

CHECK-OUT
Please note that checkout time is 11:00am Charges will be administered for rooms not vacated by 12:00pm.

When checking out of your unit, please ensure that you have moved any objects back to their original positions.  If during your stay the cleanliness of your room has substantially declined, please make an effort to tidy up as we will charge for labor if the cleaning of your unit exceeds 1.5 hours.

OFFICE HOURS
7:00am to 11:00pm Sun –Sat
We do not have an on-site manager outside of these hours. For urgent requests we carry a cellular phone for (emergencies only), the cellular number is posted on the office door. The Hot Tub is open daily from 10:30am to 10:30pm.

PETS AND SMOKING
Pets are permitted in the units at a charge of $15.00 per day. All units are non-smoking; however we have placed an ashtray outside the door of the units. Therefore, we expect you to use the ashtray and smoke outside the unit. Please do not discard cigarettes or cigar butts on patios, lawns, or walkways. For those of you who do not comply with this policy there will be a $250.00 fine processed on your credit card upon check out.

MUNICIPAL DISTRICT BYLAW AND NOISE COMPLAINTS
There is a no noise tolerance bylaw after 10:00 pm. Please adhere to this strictly enforced bylaw. Please remember we are a family facility and some of our younger guests may have early bedtimes. Noise complaints should be referred to the office so the problem can be dealt with immediately. Our office is a fair distance from some units, so please inform us if there is a problem – before it spoils your stay.

TOWEL EXCHANGE
We provide daily towel exchange and more amenities for your convenience. Fresh towels are available at the front office from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. We will be pleased to exchange your towels if you bring the old ones along with you to the front desk.

KITCHEN
An inventory of all the items in your kitchen is done before and after your stay. We appreciate you leaving the kitchen just as you found it including returning all items to their original suite if any supplies were shuffled amongst units.  There may be charges levied for any missing items from your unit. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Dish detergent is available under your sink as well as dish soap and a scrub pad.

BARBEQUE AREA
There are BBQ areas at the end of each condominium building, and utensils available at the front desk, which you are welcome to use. Please leave the BBQ areas and the barbeques clean for the next guests. After you have used the BBQ area during your stay, please dispose of any food waste.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Our garbage bins are located on the eastside of reception; please dispose of all your garbage in these bins. Extra garbage bags are available at the front desk. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OUTSIDE! We recycle all beverage containers.  Please use the designated containers in your unit or the recycling bin located on the westside of the front desk office.

TELEPHONE & INTERNET
Local calls can be made from room at no charge but you will require a calling card for long distance calls. These can be purchased at the front desk for $5.00. For those guests travelling with laptops, we have a free connection available in the reception area, free of charge for light internet use. We also have modems to rent from the Front Desk for $5/day for in room Internet uses.
